Hi,
I have a requirement to lock accounts after n attempts at logging in. I used to use pam_tally.so placed in system-auth. Worked great etc. We tried RHEL5 and found that pam_tally has changed and we cannot get it to work. Has anyone else had this problem or has gotten pam_tally to work with RHEL5.

Telenet heeft een migratie gedaan van haar nieuwsservers.
Wat betekent dit concreet voor jou als gebruiker?
Er verandert niets aan de service, maar om verder gebruik te maken van de
Telenet nieuwsgroepen service moet je bij de instellingen van je nieuwslezer
het adres van de nieuwsserver veranderen van news.telenet.be of
newsbin.telenet.be in newsgroups.telenet.be. Verder dien je de authenticatie
op deze nieuwsserver uit te schakelen.

mam problem , juz naprawde siedze i googluje przez kilka godzin bez efektu
mam na serwerze zainstalowana do PHP biblioteke w starszej wersji 1,6 chyba,
ale
potrzebuje to przeinstalowac na 2.0...
probowalem juz kilka razy, insall, z rpm itp , i juz nie wiem jak sie za to
wziasc
sorki , ze troche lame pytanie ,ale bardzo malo sie znam na linuxie, a
potrzebna mi ta biblioteka
w tej wersji , bo troche bawie sie ostatnio w php
dzieki za wyrozumialosc
ps. aha system redhat 9.0

For month i was looking for a way to get much more content to my website for better income thru ads. Before i found the g(oo)gle (sc)rambl(er).NET I earned about 10 $ / month with ads. Now I get much more than 200 $ from e.g. doubleclick.
The Idea is to copy content, scramble it and put it on your website. With a random mix of HTML-tags you prevent google from kicking your domain from the index. I tested the g(oo)gle (sc)rambl(er).NET for month now and all websites are indexed and I get 1000 visits per day.

witam
mam taki problem:
serwer na red hat 9 zainstalowana samba (2.2.7) jako wins
security = share
udostepnione zasoby serwera jako guest ok=yes odczyt/zapis dla
wszystkich bez logowania (konto nobody)
czesto przy wchodzeniu na jakis udostepniony zasob trzeba czekac
kilkanascie sekund a potem juz smiga blyskawicznei (najczesciej tak sie
dzieje jak sie chwile nie uzywa tych udostepnionych zasobow)
a jesli chodzi o koncowki z win to do kompow wchodzi sie blyskawicznie
ale juz do katalogu udostepnionego na danej koncowce czeka sie wiecznosc
(za pierwszym razem, potem wchodzi szybko az do nastepnej dluzszej
przerwy w uzytkowaniu udostepnionych zasobow ) ale w koncu wpuszcza
drugi problem to jak wykomentuje sekcje [printers] to mi znika serwer z
otoczenia !! dlaczego ?

Hi,
I use Mozila web browser on Red Hat Linux 3.2.3-47. It was working
okay but got a problem now. If I double click its icon for opening
it, I can only see the hourglass mouse cursor for 5-10 seconds then
it's back to the regular mouse cursor. The web browser won't open.
Nothing happens.
What was possibly mess up and how can I fix it? I don't want to
reinstall Linux.
